NutriQuébec, listening to the public.

Between May and October 2018, the opinions of just over 400 Quebecers from disadvantaged backgrounds were collected regarding the incoming NutriQuébec project. 

A provincial survey and 4 focus groups were carried out to identify the advantages, disadvantages, facilitating factors and barriers to participating in a project like NutriQuébec. Participants were also invited to express their concerns regarding the security, use and sharing of data. Participants additionally mentioned their preferred recruitment methods. 

The main results of the study are illustrated in the infographic.

These results will allow adapting the NutriQuébec project for it to truly correspond to the Quebec population’s needs.
